Why Choose This App? 
Since beginning my Intermittent Fasting journey in February 2017, I have been in search of an intuitive app to effectively monitor my fasting periods. Many available applications utilize a countdown mechanism, requiring users to set a predetermined duration for fasting. However, I often find myself extending my fast spontaneously when I feel inclined to do so. Consequently, I sought an application that would focus on tracking the duration of my fasting rather than counting down to an endpoint. 
This app operates on the principle that fasting is essentially about the intervals between meals. By simplifying the tracking process, it allows for a more organic approach—focusing on the time spent in a fasting state rather than dealing with complicated timers.

How to Utilize the App 
<ul> 
<li>The app features three buttons, with the green "Feast" button being the primary function. Each time you have a meal, simply click this button to log the date and time of your intake. The fasting timer will then activate.</li> 
<li>Use the "Reset Fast" button if you need to halt the timer, particularly if you wish to restart your fasting period following a subsequent meal. After resetting, tap the "Feast" button again to begin tracking your fast.</li> 
<li>The "Clear History" button will erase all previous records stored in the app.</li> 
</ul>

Why is the App Designed with Simplicity in Mind? 
This application represents my inaugural foray into app development; therefore, I have opted for a straightforward design at this stage. I am committed to regularly updating and enhancing its features as I continue to use it personally.
